The Virtual Television Network a (Syber Life News Publishing Company), Nationwide Newspapers, Syber Life News Publishing Company, and Internet Super Mall have entered into an agreement whereby each of the respective companies will merge and share proprietary internet technologies.

They will also share in the technologies and combined marketing resources to develop and market a series of innovative internet and high technology related products, publications, and applications.

The new company will be named "Nationwide Media" (http://www.nationwidemedia.com)

Intial plans call for the development of several internet related magazines, E-zines, and DVD publications. The expansion of its Nationwide Newspapers publications. Aggressive development of its Internet Mall web site, and intial roll out of its Virtual Television Cable Network.

The Company has announced plans to consider an intial "Public Stock" Offering in mid 1999, to pay for the building of its new $30 million dollar "Corporate Headquarters" and Broadcast facility here in Orlando Fl. The Company is also considering purchasing a "Cray Super Computer" to compliment its back bone of servers which serve its current and future subscribers.
